Portrait of Daniel Kozma

Daniel KozmaDigital designer for branding agencies

I'm a Budapest-based designer with over ten years at the intersection of brand and digital. I partner with branding agencies to turn identities into digital systems, websites and products — defining the UI language, building the design system and taking the work through to developer hand-off. I've worked on high-profile projects with Pentagram and Bakken & Bæck.

Working

Freelance, remote

Strategic clarity

I look behind the brief to define what will have the greatest effect for the brand, and shape scope, timelines and a clear process with the agency.

Confident delivery

I take ownership of the digital side end to end, transparently and collaboratively, so the agency team can stay focused on the creative.

Lasting impact

I embed the brand into digital structure, behaviour and systems — a foundation the client can build on, scale and extend long after launch.

“Daniel delivered one of the best structured Figma files I ever got in my entire career, I worked with a bunch of studios and his work was top!”

Marcin Nogal, Lead Developer at Ratio — Isomorphic Labs

“Daniel was a springboard for our team, whenever we got stuck he moved us forward with new ideas. Some of his designs were unlike anything I've seen before, yet they worked great.”
